Basidiocarps of species of Armillaria, Russula, Lactarius and Agaricus with fungal infection were collected from different regions of Iran. Portions of infected carpophores, were taken and cultured on PDA, PCA and MEA. Fungicolous isolates were identified on the basis of morphological characters such as: color and shape of colony, morphology and branching of conidiophores, manner of proliferation of the conidiogenous cells, conidial size, septation and ontogeny and forms of chlamydospores. IDENTIFICATION OF FIVE SPECIES OF LEPIOTA FROM IRAN
Five taxa of Lepiota, namely, L. anthomyces, L. serena, L. metulaespora, L. roseoalba and L. cristata were collectedfrom different localities are described in details. Microscopic and macroscopic descriptions along with drawings are given for all the five species.
